Buying a high value item online is an emotive and sometimes scary process. We recognize this, and we want you to deal with a person rather than a faceless company. For this reason, we allocate one of our highly experienced GIA Gemologists to every account.
This gemologist will personally take care of every order made on that account and will be available to the account holder at all times to answer any queries or concerns, either gemologically related or not. The gemologist also is responsible for examining the gemstones and jewelry prior to packing and monitoring the shipment to its destination.
Our 14 Day Change of Mind Policy offers you the time you need to make sure your purchase is perfect.
If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us via email within 14 days of receiving your item, and we will start the return process for you. We will organize the return shipping and postage, and where possible, arrange for FedEx to pick the item up from you or your place of work.
We offer free return UPS shipping on every order shipped to USA, Canada, UK and Europe under our 14 Day Change of Mind Policy*
Customers resident in countries other than those listed will need to cover return UPS shipping charges, but we do cover return insurance in full.
Refunds will be processed within seven days after the returned purchases are received and examined by a gemologist.
